Doctor compares his 7-year salary in Nigeria and 6-month salary in the UK

After contrasting his wage of six months in the UK with his salary of seven years in Nigeria, a doctor has generated a lot of discussion on the internet.

This was revealed by the physician, Dr. Tolu, on the microblogging site X (previously Twitter).

 

Information Regarding the Post
Dr. Tolu claims that he lived with his parents until he was around thirty years old after graduating from medical school.

Before coming to the UK, he had no car, even though he worked at many of different jobs.
Despite working in a variety of occupations, he did not own a car prior to moving to the UK.
But after taking a test and relocating to the UK, he disclosed that his six-month wage there is more than his seven-year salary back in Nigeria.

‎After Medical school, i moved back in with my parents. Lived with them for 7 more years until I was almost 30 years.

‎Didn’t buy a Car. Worked several jobs, sometimes 2 jobs at the same time. During this time, no job ever paid me up to N185,000 a month.  7 years o.

‎Saved enough to write exams & move to the UK. 6 months salary in the UK was more than all my 7 years salary in Nigeria combined.
